About me

I am a group facilitator and coordinator primarily focused on community based tourism in Latin America. I work collaboratively with rural and Indigenous communities to expand knowledge, strengthen capacity, protect territory, and build networks. I provide accompaniment and facilitation during development processes where communities strive to create alternative sources of income through tourism on their own terms.

I am also a social researcher. My research focuses on the intersection between ecotourism, environmental governance and social justice. As a researcher, I aim for my work to be collaborative, action oriented, and accessible.

I work in highly biodiverse and multi-cultural regions in Latin America and the US.
